RESERVATION, DEPOSIT, AND PAYMENT:

Reservation should be made directly in advance of at least 14 days before departure.
- A Deposit 50% of the total package amount is required to confirm the reservation.
- Full payments must be made at least 07 days prior to tour departure. Failure to comply with this condition may result in the cancellation of all reservations without prior notice. Late bookings will be accepted subject to availability of accommodation and flights before the date of departure. Late bookings should be accompanied by the full payment upon confirmation.

CHILD FARE (3 TO 12 YEARS OLD):
Child fare is 75% of an adult rate and is based on a child room with two adults, with an extra bed provided.Full adult rate will be applicable for a child occupying a single or twin sharing room with an adult.

GROUND HANDLING:
TRAVELMALAYSIA – KB Backpackers Holiday Sdn.Bhd. services endeavors to provide exclusive ground handling on all transportation and sightseeing services. However, tour members may be placed on a seat in coach where it is necessary due to insufficient group size.
