TERM AND CONDITION
RESERVATION, DEPOSIT, AND PAYMENT:
Reservation should be made directly in advance of at least 30 days before departure.
A Deposit 50% of the total package amount is required to confirm the reservation.
Full payments must be made at least 07 days prior to tour departure. Failure to comply with this condition may result in the cancellation of all reservations without prior notice. Late bookings will be accepted subject to availability of accommodation and flights before the date of departure. Late bookings should be accompanied by the full payment upon confirmation.
Payment can be made via telegraphic transfer to our bank. Account details as follow:

Kindly confirm and online the deposit to our account as above and fax us ( ++ (609) 743 2125 ) the copy of your deposit ( bank-in slip or payment order ) for our reference.
CHILD FARE (3 TO 12 YEARS OLD):
Child fare is 75% of an adult rate and is based on a child room with two adults, with an extra bed provided.Full adult rate will be applicable for a child occupying a single or twin sharing room with an adult.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND:
Notice of cancellation must be made directly to us in writing.
Schedule of cancellation fees:
Between 15-30 days RM100.00
Between 7-14 days 50% of tour price
Between 4-7 days 75% of tour price
Less than 3 days 100% of tour price
TOUR CANCELLATIONS:
TRAVELMALAYSIA – KB Backpackers Holiday Sdn.Bhd. reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason. Should this happen, the entire payment will be refunded without further obligation on the part of TRAVELMALAYSIA – KB Backpackers Holiday Sdn.Bhd.
CHANGE OF ITINERARY:
The itinerary of tours may be altered or cancelled due to road or weather conditions; or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organizer. TRAVEL MALAYSIA – KB Backpackers Holiday Sdn.Bhd. will substitute arrangements of the similar standard should it occur. However no refunds will be available.
INSURANCE:
It is a condition of booking on all our tours that travellers are adequately insured for the full duration of their tour in respect of illness, injury, death and loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and curtailment. We will be able to offer you a comprehensive holiday insurance policy.
RESPONSIBILITY:
TRAVELMALAYSIA – KB Backpackers Holiday Sdn.Bhd. services, the company and its associated companies, arenot responsible for any accident, loss, detention, annoyance, delays, and expenses
arising from some quarantines, strikes, disturbance, government restrictions, or regulations and other causes over which it control. Programs, tour prices and the conditions stipulated are based on situation applicable at the time of printing of this Manual.
GROUND HANDLING:
TRAVELMALAYSIA – KB Backpackers Holiday Sdn.Bhd. services endeavors to provide exclusive ground handling on all transportation and sightseeing services. However, tour members may be placed on a seat in coach where it is necessary due to insufficient group size.
